Wang Tak Development Group Limited (WTDG) has a long history. Its predecessor Wang Tak Group Limited was established in the 1990s. The first member of the group Wang Tak Steel Works was found in 1938 to carry out shipbuilding and ship repair business. The company had been restructured and renamed as Wang Tak Development Group Limited near the turn of the millennium.

Real estate development: land development, real estate investment, lease management.

Digital technology investment: Invest in digital research, cloud remote control system design, production and sales.

Trading: industrial equipment including cryogenic, marine control equipment.

To follow the Belt and Silk Road Initiative and the Greater Bay Area policy, WTDG strives for different opportunities. We plan to expand our domestic and overseas markets. Potential markets include: land development, cold storage of aquatic food products and trading of agricultural products.
