The founder (Wang Tak Steel Works) was a small workshop with a long history. It was found by Mr. Szeto Ho in 1938. The factories were set up in Soy Street in Mong Kok, Lai Chi Kok Road in Cheung Sha Wan, Ngau Chi Wan and Yau Tong Bay. It had outstanding achievements in the construction and maintenance of small vessels around the world.
